This beautiful home was built in 2015 and is located in a privileged residential location in the south east of Cape Coral, Florida. It is  located on a saltwater canal with great boating access. The Gulf of Mexico can be reached in a short time.

The house sleeps up to 8 guests.

The large heated pool and the XXL Lanai is the ideal place for a relaxing bathing fun. Enjoy a great view of the canal with a glass of wine and make a BBQ on the outdoor kitchen with the large BBQ gas grill.

Boat optional:

A rental boat is not included in the rental price. However, we will gladly arrange a rental boat from our reliable cooperation partner. You are welcome to rent your boat at the in-house boat dock.
